You must be 18 or over.Under the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023, it is illegal to sell vaping products to anyone under 18 in Ireland. This applies to every online purchase, no exceptions.
We verify your age when you order.At checkout, you confirm you are 18+. We may also carry out a quick age check as part of our order review process before your order is dispatched.
We may contact you by email for ID.If we need to verify your age manually, we will email you directly. You have48 hours to reply with valid ID— passport, driving licence, or national identity card. If we don't hear back, your order will be cancelled automatically.
We also check at delivery.Our couriers may ask for ID when handing over your parcel. If no adult is available to accept it, the parcel will be held for collection with valid ID required.
Your information is safe.Any details you share for age verification are handled under GDPR and Irish data protection law. We do not store your documents beyond what is legally required. Your data is used for one reason only — to confirm you are old enough to purchase.
